What is Gastroenterology?

It is a specialty dealing with problems of digestion including: swallowing, acid reflux, excessive gas, belly pain, constipation, diarrhea, and colon cancer screening.

Gastrointestinal Endoscopy deals with assessment and treatment of diseases of the digestive system, including the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, pancreas, and biliary tract.
