Cardiac Rehabilitation – Outpatient

The framework of outpatient rehabilitation is a multiple intervention, team approach designed to assist the primary physician in offering optimal management of cardiac/respiratory disorders for patients.  A team of qualified specialists work closely with the referring physician to manage and alleviate symptoms associated with the patient’s disorder.  The program offers
comprehensive evaluation, rehabilitation, prescriptions, supervised implementation of treatment and educational sessions to assist the individuals with cardiac/respiratory disorders.  Patients are assisted to attain independence and self-confidence, increased ability to perform daily activities, positive nutritional status and better understanding of the condition from which they are suffering.
